Our Story
We Started with a Belief.
That world-class financial services should be accessible, innovative, and built around the needs of clients.
In 2018, AVA Capital was founded to bridge a gap in Nigeria's financial landscape, creating a firm capable of delivering investment banking, asset management, securities trading, and trusteeship services through a single integrated platform.
By 2022, the Group had secured two consecutive FMDQ Gold Awards. By 2024, it had listed its inaugural product on the Nigerian Exchange and launched a digital investment platform.
What began as a vision, has evolved into a publicly listed financial services group serving individuals, corporations, institutions, and governments across Nigeria.
AVA Capital Partners Limited transitioned to AVA Capital Plc in 2026.
