Lotanna Uzoka

Mrs. Uzoka is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of AVA Capital Plc.

She is an accomplished business and human resource consultant and the Managing Director of Kennedia Consulting Limited, as well as the Group Managing Director of Kennedia HMO.

She holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Jos and began her career in banking with Standard Trust Bank (now UBA).

Her professional journey spans aviation, consulting, and outsourcing, with notable roles at Iberia Airlines and Phillips Consulting, and Phillips Outsourcing Services Nigeria Limited.

With over 20 years of experience, she possesses strong expertise in people management, process optimization, and business development.

She is a full member of CIPM and AOPN and a seasoned facilitator who has developed and delivered several HR and leadership training programmes.
